My Background

I launched my career as a technical writer at AT&T in Columbus the day after graduating from Miami University—and never looked back. From there, I built a dynamic path through Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, Citrix, Sabre/EDS/HP, Health Prime/AdvantEdge, and RapidSOS/Total Response.

Along the way, I’ve shaped everything from end-user documentation to internal communications, with hands-on experience in training, product demos, and proposal development. Between industry roles, I earned a Master’s in English from Xavier University and taught British Literature and Composition to both high school seniors and college freshmen—bringing a storyteller’s clarity and a teacher’s discipline to everything I write.
